• Advised Finnomena on its Series B+ fundraising of USD 5.5 million


• Advised Ngernturbo, a consumer finance start-up providing loan products and financial services, on an acquisition by Kasikorn Vision, a subsidiary of Kasikornbank


• Advised EatLab, a Thai-based start-up providing data analytics services for restaurants, on (i) its Series A fundraising by way of crowdfunding, and (ii) its business collaboration with SABUY Technology and Easy Restaurant in relation to an artificial intelligence platform “EATLAB.AI”


• Advised Akulaku, a leading banking and digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, on its joint venture with Card X, a subsidiary of SCBX


• Advised on the IPO and listing of TDCX Inc., a provider of digital customer experience solutions, of American depositary shares representing Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange


• Advised Bitkub, the largest digital asset exchange in Thailand, on (i) a series of its fundraising, and (ii) its proposed strategic partnership with SCB in Bitkub Online
