• Advised Mr. Pitharn Ongkosit, the SET-awarded CEO of KCE Electronics, the world's fifth-largest producer of custom-printed circuit boards, on the acquisition in The One Enterprise, Thailand’s industry leader in media and entertainment listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, from Ms. Poramaporn Prasarttong-Osoth of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) Group


• Advised Rabbit Digital Group (Rabbit’s Tale), a leading advertising agency in Thailand, and its shareholders in connection with the disposal of the Rabbit’s Tale business to Accenture


• Advised Gratitude Infinite on its acquisition of A Lot Tech, and Melon Thai, which engages in the retail and wholesale of “Sim Thep”, and telephone and telecommunication equipment by distributing through stores, websites, and online trading platforms


• Advised Dentsu group on the internal restructuring of their entire group companies in Thailand by way of entire business transfer, amalgamation and share transfer


• Advised on the financing by a syndicate of lenders in Malaysia for an acquisition by DigitalBridge Group of the ownership interest in data centre platforms located in Malaysia and Thailand


• Advised Gear Inc in relation to an acquisition by Gearinc Services (Thailand) of certain assets and acceptance of employees from Digiserve Corporation


• Advised EatLab, a Thai-based start-up providing data analytics services for restaurants, on; (i) its Series A fundraising by way of crowdfunding, and (ii) its business collaboration with SABUY Technology and Easy Restaurant, in relation to an artificial intelligence platform “EATLAB.AI”


• Advised on the IPO and listing of TDCX Inc., a provider of digital customer experience solutions, of American depositary shares representing Class A ordinary shares on the New York Stock Exchange


• Advised RS on its joint venture with PLAN B Media and Nation International Edutainment, under the name “RSPlanB”


• Advised Hetrakul Family in connection with the disposal of their entire interest in NewTV to JKN Global Media


• Advised Tencent on: (i) its acquisition from Ookbee in WECOMICS, an online platform for user-generated comics and cartoons; and (ii) its further investment in Series C fundraising by Ookbee


• Advised on the proposed IPO and listing of a multinational digital marketing company with a number of group companies in Thailand on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading (SGX-ST)


• Advised on the first and second rounds of fundraising by Deeple, a renowned and leading advanced AI Chatbot start-up in Thailand


• Advised PharmCare Group on its commercial contracts with certain qualified pharmacies and other healthcare service providers in the network and its partnered insurance companies in relation to its web-based platform called “PharmCare”


• Advised a key executive on the disposal of his interest in TBWA, an Omnicom Group company
