  • Advising PharmCare Group on its commercial contracts with certain qualified pharmacies and other healthcare service providers in the network and its partnered insurance companies in relation to its web-based platform called “PharmCare”

  • Joint venture between Principle Capital and its local partners in a company operating PRINC – Srisaket Hospital

  • Acquisition by DKSH of an entire distribution operations of scientific and laboratory devices from a group of sellers who are leaders in the distribution of scientific and laboratory devices in Thailand


  • Disposal of an entire equity interest in Lavida Advanced Fertility and Genetic Centers, which provides provide premium assisted reproductive technology (ART) services including in-vitro fertilization (IVF) and egg freezing

  • Advising Principal Capital on its capital increase by way of general mandate


  • Advising Asvatanakul Family in connection with their exit of its joint venture in Thailand with the Japanese’s largest pharmaceutical company, Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, by way of an entire business transfer and sale and purchase of share


  • Acquisition by CITIC Capital and Humanwell Healthcare of Thailand’s sexual wellness business  of Ansell Limited and related financing

  • Advising Principal Capital in a number of acquisitions of hospitals nationwide, including Paknampho Hospital, Sahavej Hospital, Pitsanuvej Hospital, Piyamin Hospital (currently, Princ Hospital Suvarnabhumi) and Virajsilp Hospital

  • Acquisition by Paolo Medic, a 99.99 per cent-owned subsidiary of Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS), of the entire business of Mayo Polyclinic, a company operated a private hospital in Bangkok under the name of “Mayo Hospital”

  • Acquisition by BDMS Group of the entire business of a number of hospitals nationwide, including Muangraj Hospital in Ratchaburi, Phuket International Hospital in Phuket, Sanamchan Hospital, Ratanavej Hospital and Ratanavej Children Hospital in Phisanulok

  • Disposition by the founders of 75% interest in Accord Corporation to Henry Schein, a Nasdaq listing company and worldwide distributor of medical and dental supplies including vaccines, pharmaceuticals, financial services and equipment

  • Acquisition by BDMS Group of the entire equity interest in Save Drug Center, a renowned pharmacy chain with a country-wide outlets

  • Advising BDMS Group on its capital increase by way of general mandate

  • Invitation to tender and repurchase of US$124,000,000 Convertible Bonds due 2011

  • Issue and offering of US$124,000,000 Convertible Bonds Due 2011

  • Placement of new shares in Bumrungrad Hospital following the conversion of Convertible Bonds by Bangkok Bank
